Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: For new customers, we accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and reliable short-term Letters of Credit (L/C). For long-term customers (over two years of cooperation), we offer more flexible payment options.

Q: What are the available shipping methods?

A: We offer multiple shipping options, including sea freight, air freight, and land transportation. For special orders, we can arrange delivery to the port or door-to-door service. However, for new customers, we generally support only FOB trade terms.

Q: Can you arrange LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments?

A: Yes, for customers who do not meet the full container load requirement, we can provide LCL shipment services to help reduce logistics costs.

4. Delivery & After-Sales Service

Q: What is the production lead time?

A: Standard products typically have a production lead time of 15-30 days. Custom products may take longer, depending on the order details.

Q: What should I do if there is a problem with my order upon delivery?

A: If you encounter any issues after receiving your order, please contact us immediately. We will provide repair, replacement, or other appropriate solutions.

Q: Do you offer after-sales service?

A: Yes, we provide 12 months of free after-sales service. If the issue is not caused by human factors, we offer free replacement parts and remote guidance for repairs.

A: Absolutely! We welcome global customers to visit our factory for an on-site inspection. We can arrange airport pickup and assist with accommodation.
